Description Summary: We are looking for a safety-minded and reliable Equipment Operator to support our operations team in moving vehicles and parts safely and efficiently throughout the yard. Requirements

Qualifications

1–2 years of forklift or loader experience (auto salvage experience a plus) Strong safety awareness and good judgment in a fast-paced environment Ability to follow written and verbal instructions clearly Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Pre-employment drug Screening is required Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Valid forklift certification preferred, or willingness to obtain Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Safely operate forklifts and related heavy equipment to move vehicles, parts, and materials Follow vehicle placement procedures to optimize yard organization and customer access Maintain equipment and perform daily safety checks using company software Assist in standing vehicles on wheel stands in accordance with company safety protocols Work closely with production and inventory teams to maintain workflow Support customers and team members by keeping yard areas clean, clear, and safe Uphold the company values of safety, cleanliness, and excellent service Follow the wash schedule of the company equipment to maintain the cleanliness standard Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance (after a 90-day probationary period) 401 K with company matching (after 1 year) Paid time off (after 90 days) 9 paid holidays annually
