General Store Manager | Full Time | Onsite About the Role Run your own Subway. As General Store Manager, you'll lead the team, keep customers happy, and drive sales and profit, with a monthly bonus plan that rewards strong results.

What You'll Do

Operations- Oversee daily operations so the store runs smoothly Enforce Subway policies, procedures, and quality standards Make sure food prep meets health and safety regulations Run regular inspections to keep the store clean and code-compliant Team Leadership- Recruit, train, and mentor your team Build schedules with the right staffing levels Conduct performance reviews and give constructive feedback Resolve employee concerns fairly and professionally Customer Service- Make sure every customer is served promptly and well Handle complaints professionally and resolve them Financials- Track sales, labor, and food costs to protect profitability Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly reports Manage cash handling, deposits, and register balancing Inventory- Keep accurate inventory through regular counts and orders Cut waste with proper inventory management and portion control Sales Growth- Run promotions that drive sales Find ways to attract and keep customers What We're Looking For- High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of restaurant management or similar leadership experience (Subway experience is a plus) Strong leadership, communication, and people skills Ability to read financial data and turn it into action plans Comfortable with inventory and scheduling software At least 18 years old Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation Perks- Monthly bonus plan Competitive salary based on experience Employee meal discount Room to advance within the franchise Equal Opportunity Employment Subway is an equal opportunity employer.
