We don't create designs for the shelf, our ideas are put into action. We are a team of 30+ designers across multiple offices empowering and upskilling each other, let that be technical support or overcoming a creative block.

Embracing versatility, we take ownership of stakeholder management, bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement, and defining requirements for IT systems or projects.

We not only produce important deliverables but also function as a force multiplier on the project. Therefore, we are not afraid to step outside the boundaries of the classic IT BA role, and we often wear different hats like PO or QA to get the job done. We deepen our domain knowledge for every new product, working together with design and technical teams.
