Maintenance Technician

Heritage Pointe of Warren is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to join our growing team of property management professionals. This person will be responsible for property inspections, light maintenance, unit turns, and light exterior janitorial work. The ability to work independently, and be a part of a dynamic team while maintaining a positive attitude, and a strong work ethic. This is the perfect position for an on-site maintenance technician looking for a more desirable career path.
