🔧 Position Details: Title: Maintenance Supervisor Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $23 to $25 per hour (Based on Experience) Extras: Quarterly bonuses + on-call pay 💸 🧰 What You’ll Be Doing: Respond to and complete maintenance work orders 🔧 Turn/make-ready apartments between residents 🏠 Interior and exterior painting/staining 🎨 HVAC troubleshooting and repairs ❄️🔥 General groundskeeping and upkeep 🌿 Preventative maintenance tasks 📋 Maintain a clean and organized workspace 🧽 Share on-call duties with the team (rotating) 📱 ✅ What You’ll Need: 1+ year of general maintenance experience EPA Certification REQUIRED Strong skills in drywall, painting, basic carpentry Plumbing experience (sweating copper pipes a plus!)
