Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time or part-time school-based positions in Federal Way, WA for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position Details: In-person, school-based role Full-time (37.5 hours/week) or part-time options available Positions begin September 2026 through June 2027 Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy Develop and implement IEPs and complete documentation Collaborate with school special education teams Requirements: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington state SLP license (or willingness to obtain) Washington ESA (Educational Staff Associate) Certificate Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply – we provide supervision and mentorship Benefits (W-2 Employment): Paid sick leave Healthcare benefits (medical, dental, vision) for employees working 0.
