Associate Claims Bordereau Analyst

This role supports the automation and processing of Claims bordereau submissions from brokers and MGAs across Canada (excluding Quebec). Working under the guidance of senior Claims professionals and management, the incumbent helps ensure processing activities and automation initiatives are completed accurately and align with business growth objectives.

The position contributes to process improvements, data accuracy, and operational efficiency through established procedures and workflows. Decision-making is focused on assigned tasks, with supervisory support available when guidance is required. Strong attention to detail is essential, as errors can have financial impacts and affect downstream operations.
