Teacher of the Deaf or Special Education (Leave Replacement)

Work Schedule : Temporary, full-time assignment beginning as soon as possible a nd ending on/around January-February 2027 General Job Description : Responsibilities include identifying the needs of students and setting learning goals to ensure each student's activities and lessons are planned according to their abilities.

Minimum Qualifications

NY State Teacher of the Deaf or Special Education Certification. Experience working with special needs students, particularly deaf and hard of hearing students. Knowledge of ASL is preferred.
