BSNB is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Branch Manager to join our team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

Join BSNB as an Assistant Branch Manager and help deliver an exceptional banking experience for our customers. In this role, you'll support daily branch operations, assist with staff development, and help customers identify banking solutions that meet their financial needs.

You'll process a variety of transactions, open and maintain accounts, assist with consumer lending activities, and help ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements. This position also partners closely with branch leadership to support team performance, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Support daily branch operations and help maintain an efficient, customer-focused environment.
• Assist customers with account opening, account maintenance, and a variety of banking transactions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
• Support consumer lending activities and generate referrals to other business lines when appropriate.
• Assist with employee coaching, training, and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Help drive branch sales, customer service, and operational goals.
• Partner with branch leadership to strengthen customer relationships and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree in Business or related field required.
• One to three years of experience in a sales and/or service-oriented position required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Previous supervisory, leadership, or coaching experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to input and retrieve data required.
