Hospice PRN Registered Nurse (RN)

Hospice PRN Registered Nurse (RN) Flexible Schedule Location: Dallas and Surrounding Areas. Looking for a PRN nursing role where you can make a difference without a full-time commitment? At Concho Hearts Hospice, our PRN nurses are an important part of our team. Whether you're supplementing income, balancing another position, or simply looking for flexibility, we value the experience and compassion you bring. What You’ll Do: Provide compassionate nursing care to hospice patients in their homes or facilities.

Complete PRN visits, admissions, or support visits as needed. Assess patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team. Provide education and support to patients and families. Document visits and care using a company-provided tablet. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospice team. What We’re Looking For: Active Texas RN license.

Strong assessment and communication skills. Ability to work independently in the field. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally. Compassion for patients and families during end-of-life care.
