Talent Development Specialist

The Talent Development Specialist provides administrative and operational support for the Bank’s Talent Development programs and learning activities. This position helps ensure learning programs are organized, accurately documented, effectively communicated, and successfully supported. The specialist administers learning activities in UKG and LinkedIn Learning, maintains training records and materials, prepares reports, coordinates training logistics and communications, administers surveys, and supports Talent Development programs and initiatives.
