In 2024, Asahi — brewers of Asahi Super Dry — acquired Octopi, making us the U.S. production home of Super Dry. Today, our 250+ person team of beverage industry pros keeps that same local, quality-first spirit alive at a state-of-the-art facility. Our Brewhouse team turns raw ingredients into the wort that becomes every batch we brew.

THE OPPORTUNITY Our brewhouse keeps the entire brewing process moving — turning raw ingredients into finished wort that feeds every batch downstream. We're looking for a Brewhouse Brewer to help keep that process precise, efficient, and in spec. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE GREAT

• Own the very first step of the brewing process — from raw material intake to finished wort
• Direct ownership of yeast propagation, a critical part of every batch's success
• Room to grow through our Brewer Career Matrix, whether you're brand new or bring experience with you WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Learn, understand, and operate all brewhouse piping and equipment
• Execute efficient brewing operations from raw material intake to finished wort
• Own yeast propagation from start to finish
• Perform routine quality checks, basic maintenance, and CIP on brewhouse equipment and piping
• Keep accurate brewing logs and sanitation records every shift WHAT YOU BRING Must-haves:
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting 55 lbs / moving 165 lbs as needed
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
• Basic troubleshooting skills in a brewing or manufacturing setting
• Flexibility to work various shifts and prioritize shifting tasks Nice-to-haves:
• 2–3 years of experience in a brewing environment
• Degree in Brewing Science/Technology BENEFITS & PERKS

PAY BY SHIFT Pay starts at $24.00/hr - $26.00/hr based on experience, with growth up to $34.00/hr through our tiered Brewer Career Matrix — whether you build that experience here or bring it with you , already brewed. Shifts outside of 1st shift include an additional shift differential on top of that base — never a lower starting rate, just added pay for the shift. 1st Shift — $24.00/hr (minimal base rate) 2nd Shift — $24.00/hr base + $3.00/hr shift differential = $27.00/hr (minimal total rate) 3rd Shift — $24.00/hr base + $4.00/hr shift differential = $28.00/hr (minimal total rate) Weekend Day — $24.00/hr base + $5.75/hr shift differential = $29.75/hr (minimal total rate) Weekend Night — $24.00/hr base + $7.75/hr shift differential = $31.75/hr (minimal total rate) Full-time, non-exempt
