Maintenance Supervisor

HH Red Stone, a rapidly expanding Property Management Company, is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our properties in Washington, DC. If you have a strong background in maintenance trades and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in Multi-Family Housing, we want to hear from you. Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and collaborative management style will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Skilled Maintenance: Perform a wide range of repairs in student housing buildings, including electrical, building maintenance, apartment turnover, plumbing, and carpentry. Team Management: Lead a team of maintenance technicians, handling tasks such as timekeeping, scheduling, performance evaluations, and training. Vendor Coordination: Manage on-site vendors, ensuring their performance aligns with our high standards.

Place orders for necessary parts and supplies to ensure efficient operations. Budget Oversight :Provide recommendations on budget allocation, capital expenditures, and maintenance procedures to optimize property performance. Software Proficiency: Utilize One. Site Property Management software to streamline the turnover process and oversee the work order process for occupied apartments.
