Base Metals - Sales Trader

Base Metals – Sales Trader Location: Mumbai We are looking for a Sales Trader to grow our base metals business by developing client relationships, generating trading opportunities, and executing transactions across products such as aluminium, copper and zinc.

Key responsibilities

Build and manage relationships with corporates, traders and institutional clients. Identify client requirements and generate sales and trading opportunities in base metals. Provide market updates, pricing and trade ideas to clients. Coordinate with the trading desk on pricing, execution, positions and risk limits. Grow trading volumes and revenue while ensuring timely trade documentation and compliance.

Ideal profile: Experience in base metals sales or trading, with strong client relationships, market knowledge and an understanding of physical and/or exchange-traded metals.
