COMPENSATION

We're looking for someone who: Has a proven history of automotive sales success Knows how to work internet and phone leads Understands the importance of consistent follow-up Is confident presenting vehicles and overcoming objections Has strong closing and negotiation skills Is motivated by commission and performance Is competitive, professional, and goal-oriented.

Provides exceptional customer service Is organized and comfortable using a CRM Can thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment Has flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Holds a valid driver's license with a clean driving record Audi or luxury automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
