3p-11p LPN- Skilled Nursing

The Arbor is a 60-bed skilled nursing facility seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our nursing team full-time.

This position is ideal for a nurse who is organized, detail-oriented, and has an interest in wound care, skin integrity, and providing quality resident care.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete wound care and treatments according to physician/provider orders

• Monitor residents for changes in skin integrity

• Complete and document wound treatments and changes

• Ensure treatments are completed and accurately documented

• Notify the appropriate provider and nursing leadership of new or worsening skin concerns

• Follow infection prevention and wound care practices

• Collaborate with the DON, nursing staff, providers, and wound care professionals

• Assist with treatment-related care planning and documentation

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Mississippi LPN License

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred

• Wound care experience preferred, but training will be provided

• Strong documentation and organizational skills

• Dependable with good communication skills

• Commitment to providing quality, resident-centered care
