Motion Graphic Artist

Job Description We are seeking a passionate and skilled 3D Designer & Animator to join our creative team at Communication Crafts. The ideal candidate is proficient in Blender, understands storytelling through animation, and can work effectively during night shifts to collaborate with international clients and internal teams Key Responsibilities: Create compelling 3D models, environments, and animations using Blender.

Design engaging motion graphics and visual content. Collaborate with the creative and film departments on animation pipelines and project requirements. Handle complete project execution from concept to final render. Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery. Work flexible hours — especially night shifts — to align with US-based clients.

Required Skills

Proficient in Blender 3D (modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation). Strong eye for design, composition, and storytelling. Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus. Ability to work on tight deadlines and multitask. Strong communication and teamwork. Preferred: Experience in product visualization or animated shorts.

A portfolio showcasing recent work in 3D design and animation. Additional Comments Looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about creating visually appealing work and can adapt to a fast-paced creative environment. Night shift availability is a must.
