We're looking for an experienced electrical and instrumentation professional with strong industrial construction, quality control, electrical inspection, testing, documentation, and E&I installation experience .

Electrical & Instrumentation Inspections Inspect electrical and instrumentation installations for compliance with drawings, specifications, standards, and applicable codes Perform field inspections throughout the construction process Work with field supervision to identify and correct installation deficiencies Verify materials and equipment meet applicable project requirements Inspect E&I work for quality and proper installation Maintain accurate inspection documentation and quality records Electrical Testing & Quality Verification Witness electrical and instrumentation testing Witness cable hi-pot testing and megger/insulation resistance testing Witness pressure testing of instrument air piping and impulse lines Verify calibration of transmitters and control valves Perform specification checks of instruments and electrical devices Verify tools, test equipment, and meters have current calibration documentation Maintain records of inspections and testing Drawings, Specifications & Documentation Review and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings Conduct drawing audits to ensure field teams are working from the current revision Review applicable project specifications, standards, and codes Document inspection findings and discrepancies Maintain punch-list documentation Communicate quality issues to field supervision and QA/QC leadership Track identified deficiencies through resolution Experience We're Looking For Candidates with experience in these environments are strongly encouraged to apply: Advanced Manufacturing Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences Construction Industrial Construction Manufacturing Facilities Electrical Construction Electrical & Instrumentation Construction Process Facilities Large-Scale Industrial Construction Commissioning & Turnover Key QA/QC Skills & Keywords Strong candidates should have experience with several of the following: Electrical QA/QC Electrical Quality Control Electrical Inspection E&I Quality Quality Assurance / Quality Control Electrical Testing Instrumentation Inspection Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) Construction Drawings Electrical Drawings Specifications NEC RFIs Punch Lists Non-Conformance / NCRs QA/QC Documentation Quality Management Systems (QMS) Commissioning System Turnover Megger / Insulation Resistance Testing Hi-Pot Testing Instrument Calibration Transmitters Control Valves Electrical Equipment Instrumentation Corrective Actions Requirements Qualified candidates should have: Minimum 6 years of related Electrical and/or Instrumentation industrial experience Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience involving E&I fabrication, testing, installation, or inspection NCCER accreditation in Electrical or Instrumentation Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation construction Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Familiarity with applicable E&I codes and standards Knowledge of electrical and instrumentation testing and inspection Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with supervision, clients, contractors, and project teams Ability to work independently and identify quality concerns in the field Ability to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug/alcohol screening Ability to pass applicable background checks Your E&I Field Experience Matters Experienced candidates with backgrounds as: Electrical Inspector Electrical Quality Inspector Electrical QC Inspector QA/QC Inspector E&I Inspector Electrical Foreman Electrical Supervisor Instrumentation Inspector Electrical Construction Professional About ISC Constructors For more than 35 years, ISC Constructors has provided safe, high-quality electrical, instrumentation, and controls solutions to leading industrial manufacturers.
