• Marshfield, WI, Position Type: Seasonal, Salary Range: $14.00 - $16.00, LOOKING FOR A FUN, FLEXIBLE, & FULFILLING PART TIME JOB? THIS IS IT! No nights and no weekends! Hours : Afterschool till 6pm Monday -Friday. Location is Lincoln Elementary School in Marshfield . Do you enjoy working with kids, being a role model, and creating fun experiences? As a Program Leader at the Boys & Girls Club, you’ll help lead activities, support our members, and make a positive impact every day. What You’ll Do: Lead and Inspire
• Run games, activities, and programs that are fun, safe, and meaningful. Support Club Members
• Build positive relationships and be a mentor for youth ages 6-18. Keep Things Moving
• Help with daily club operations like setting up activities, supervising spaces, and keeping things organized. Model Great Behavior
• Encourage positive choices and help manage behavior in a respectful, supportive way. Work as a Team
• Collaborate with other staff, volunteers, and directors to keep the club running smoothly and make sure everyone feels welcome. What We’re Looking For: Friendly, energetic, and reliable team players. Comfortable leading groups of kids and being a positive role model. Interested in youth development, teaching, coaching, or community work. No experience required - just a willingness to learn, have fun, and support our mission! What you'll need

• Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Communicate effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
• Courteous and professional to all staff, club members, and families.
• Motivate youth and manage behavior problems
• Work with the general public
• Organize and supervise club members in a safe environment
• Must be able to pass a reference check and background check Summer Camp Counselor experience is really beneficial!

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Ability to be trained in First Aid/CPR
• Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required

• Must be able to pass a reference check and background check Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
• Standing or walking for up to 8 hours a day
• Pushing or lifting of up to 50lbs
• Ability to handle high noise levels for extended periods of time.
