Program Manager

Program Manager – GaN MMIC Product Line Position Overview: Program management supporting key product development programs in the GaN MMIC Business Unit. The ideal candidate will come to the position with demonstrated experience managing complex development programs from inception.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Business Unit product management and engineering to establish development plans and milestones to meet program/customer requirements. Oversee the program Develop, maintain, and manage the integrated master project schedule across all functions including engineering, manufacturing, test, and supply chain Evaluate and manage program risks and work with the team to mitigate Lead team meetings, track actions, and follow up with cross-functional team members Lead programs through all phases of development including concept, design, prototype builds, qualification, production release, and sustainment Ensure compliance with customer contractual requirements, statements of work, technical specifications, and program deliverables Financial Aspects

• Revenue tracking, forecasting, margin tracking, Budgets, etc. Manage scope changes, requirements changes, and program priorities while maintaining alignment with contractual commitments.
