Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 1992 and have proudly served our community as a State Farm agent for over 30 years. We’re a close-knit team of three, and we take a lot of pride in providing a consistent, reliable experience for every customer who trusts us with their insurance needs. Giving back is important to us, and our team volunteers a couple times each year with the Arkansas Food Bank Network to support families in our community.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
