The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis plans, coordinates and supervises the activities of budgetary professional and workers engaged in the preparation and analysis of budgetary information, the receipt and management of all cash and the disbursement of all payments made for purchases of all services, suppliers, materials and equipment.
