AT - Program Manager

Role / Function: Manages e. Versum projects with respect to cost, schedule, and quality objectives Coordinates all internal departments and team members Ensures effective communication between the relevant departments and project team members Develops and confrims agreed-upon project plan internally and with the client Manages communication with the client Handles internal and external reporting based on required reports Requests departmental reports from team members and reviews them regularly Initiates corrective measures collaboratively with the team in the event of deviations Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for program Timing, Cost and Quality Escalation of items out of his competence Initiate counter measures, where needed, with the entire Team Reports Project Status internally and externally Profile / Requirements: Degree from university or similar Fluent English Slovenian and/or German would be great Strong management skills and experience Excellent social & communication skills – able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels Independent and goal-oriented action Internationally appropriate behavior/understanding of cultural differences Friendly and open-minded personality Ability to set priorities
