This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with guests, delivering polished service and supporting the smooth running of the front-of-house operation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service Assist with daily front-of-house operations Lead by example and support junior service staff Maintain exceptional service standards Assist with table allocations, reservations and guest requests Maintain strong menu, food, wine and beverage knowledge Liaise with the kitchen and management team Handle guest feedback professionally Assist with opening, closing, cash-ups and operational duties Help create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere Requirements Previous experience in a high-quality restaurant, boutique hotel or similar environment Strong à la carte service experience Supervisory or front-of-house management experience advantageous Excellent food, wine and beverage knowledge Confident, polished and guest-focused Strong communication and interpersonal skills Calm and organised during busy services Hands-on team player Professional presentation and genuine passion for hospitality Ideal for an experienced Senior Waiter ready to step into management or an existing Front of House Supervisor seeking a quality-driven restaurant environment.
