Director, Construction

GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for managing the daily operations, including: workload distribution for the construction area; monitoring of construction compliance and permits to ensure consistent procedures and processes as well as technical codes and standards are followed. The incumbent will ensure goals for the department are implemented and recommend improvements to existing policies/procedures.

Providing information to clients and assisting customers internal and external with information about the construction process, its regulations and standards.
