Cyber Electromagnetic Warfare Officer Instructor

Description Position Summary Deliver instruction for the Title 10 Basic Cyber Operations – Procedures (BOC) course. This role prepares officers to navigate the complexities of Title 10 and Title 50 authorities, ensuring they understand the operational and legal frameworks of full-spectrum cyberspace missions.

Requirements

Must be a graduate of T10 ION (Basic Cyber Operator Course) OR the NSA CNOQC . Operational Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience serving as a Cyberspace Operator within the NSA or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF). Operational Planning Mastery: Deep knowledge of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE) , the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC) , and the Joint Planning Process (JPP) .

Expert understanding of the relationship between NSA and USCYBERCOM . Tactical Expertise: Ability to instruct on Strike/Mission Packages for Offensive Cyberspace Operations (OCO). Knowledge of IKE/JCC2 , cyber infrastructure, and technical/operational schemes of maneuver. Comprehensive understanding of Interagency involvement in cyberspace operations.
