Team Lead

Lead the development and delivery of software features and enhancements within agreed timelines and quality standards. Provide technical leadership through solution design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and engineering best practices. Collaborate closely with Product Management, Global R&D, Services, and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Monitor project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment. Lead and contribute to software development activities across the full development lifecycle. Drive technical design sessions, estimation activities, and sprint planning discussions.

Review code and ensure adherence to development standards and architectural guidelines. Ensure delivery quality through testing, automation, and continuous improvement practices. Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and promote knowledge sharing. Manage team performance, conduct regular one-on-ones, and support employee development plans.

NET. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with Java development and modern frontend technologies including React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Experience with REST/SOAP web services and cloud platforms, preferably AWS. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift/OKD, CI/CD tools, and monitoring platforms.

Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL. Understanding of SDLC, testing practices, cloud deployment, and performance optimization. Proven leadership, communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred: Experience mentoring or leading engineering teams. Knowledge of continuous integration practices.

Experience with Agentic AI SDLC. Exposure to technologies used in contact center environments.
