Facilities Technician

summary/objective Under general supervision, provides support for the facility and maintenance-related needs for all buildings and grounds.

Essential functions

Provides general and detailed maintenance supervision (direct or indirect), including patching, painting, hardware repairs, and other repair/replacement work as required. Performs routine facility and equipment maintenance. Performs routine daily inspections of assigned buildings and spaces. Complete general and detailed cleaning of all interior and exterior spaces (with assistance as needed).

Executes all documentation for work performed within the guidance of governing SOPs. Provide support for Manufacturing/Packaging as deemed necessary Other duties as assigned. required skills/ abilities Ability to read and follow technical instructions Demonstrates a systematic approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.

Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated time management skills, including multi-tasking. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, but extended (earlier or later) work times or weekend work may be required. physical demands Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout facilities. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times. Must be able to bend, lift, stretch, climb, and crawl to maintain equipment and buildings.
