This is an excellent opportunity for an Interventional Pain Physician who wants to focus on procedures, maximize productivity, and maintain an exceptional work-life balance. Position Highlights $500,000 salary Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+ Productivity-based incentives with uncapped earning potential High procedural and clinic volume Established patient base and strong referral network 100% outpatient – no hospital rounding Monday–Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or call Dedicated NP/PA/MA and experienced procedural support team Streamlined workflow designed to maximize physician efficiency and procedural time Locum Tenens opportunity with potential for long-term or permanent placement Interventional Procedures Opportunity to maintain a strong procedural practice performing: Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections Facet joint injections Medial branch blocks Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) Large and small joint injections Spinal cord stimulator procedures Minimally invasive pain management procedures Practice This role combines interventional procedures with outpatient pain management in an efficient, physician-supported environment.

Patient Volume: 20–30 patients per day Support: Dedicated NP/PA/MA and experienced procedural team EMR: e. Clinical. Works Setting: 100% outpatient pain management Compensation & Benefits $500,000 base salary Expected first-year earnings of $700,000+ Uncapped productivity-based incentive plan Guaranteed hours for scheduling stability Potential for long-term or permanent placement Qualifications Board Certified in Pain Management, Anesthesiology, or PM&R Fellowship-trained in Interventional Pain Management Active Florida medical license Active DEA license Strong experience performing interventional pain procedures This is an opportunity to step into an established Jacksonville practice with the patient volume, procedural infrastructure, and support needed to be productive immediately—without nights, weekends, or call.

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification or eligibility in neurology, pain management, or related specialty.
  • Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region.
  • Proven experience in managing spine, pain, and neurological conditions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Knowledge of current medical technologies and treatment protocols in pain and neuro care.
