Job Summary

Navigator is seeking dedicated, passionate educators who are driven to impact the lives of traditionally underserved students. Teachers in Training receive valuable practical classroom experience while receiving theoretical expertise through enrollment in a credentialing program (outside of Navigator). Teachers in Training are supported and coached in the Navigator model, prepared to transition to a Navigator classroom teacher role, and to deliver an exceptional educational experience to every child who walks through our doors.
