Customer Service Consultant

Dalton Collision is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Consultant to join our team! What You’ll Do: Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Help provide customer quotes and capture new jobs Guide customers through the repair process from drop-off to delivery Support estimators with vehicle check-ins, photos, and documentation Coordinate rentals and customer transportation Communicate repair updates clearly and consistently Deliver an excellent customer experience every step of the way What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and dependable Customer service experience (automotive is a plus, not required) Why Work With Us?
