Guest Services Attendant

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Front Desk Receptionist with recent sales and customer service experience. Associates work in a proactive environment with self-accountability. The IDEAL candidate will bring excellent customer service skills, credibility and high integrity, coupled with an excellent work ethic.

The Guest Services Receptionist is responsible for: Greeting guests in a friendly manner as they enter the center Answering incoming calls Scheduling the guest for follow-up appointments and placing reminder calls Receiving guest payments Upselling additional treatment areas and/or skin care products Ordering office supplies Other duties as assigned
