• Primarily Home Health with some Hospice Signature Home Health & Hospice | Bend, Oregon Job Summary The Registered Nurse plans, coordinates, and delivers quality home health and hospice care to patients in their homes. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Current CPR certification. Two (2) years of nursing experience preferred; home health, public health, or hospice experience preferred. Excellent assessment, communication, and clinical skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
