Analyze technology trends, manpower requirements, and market demands to support project planning and execution. Assist in forecasting operational costs and preparing engineering department budget requirements. Provide technical inputs and recommendations to management regarding developments impacting profitability, schedules, costs, customer relationships, and coordination between departments.
Ensure proper interpretation and implementation of company policies, procedures, and engineering standards within the team. Maintain updated knowledge of emerging technologies and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and project performance. Ensure compliance with safety policies, engineering regulations, and safe work practices for self and team members.
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion of deliverables. Support resource planning, workload management, and engineering documentation activities.
