C-HAWKK CONSTRUCTION, LLC is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join their team in Eudora, KS! Responsibilities

• Process and review incoming invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests accurately and on time
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies or outstanding balances
• Maintain organized AP records, files, and documentation for auditing purposes
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to verify and code construction-related expenses
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
• Assist with month-end close processes, including AP aging reports and account reconciliations
• Communicate professionally with vendors and subcontractors regarding payment status and inquiries Requirements:
• 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience, preferably in construction
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial record-keeping
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and AP processes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
