System Development & Support Develop, enhance, and maintain AS400 / RPGLE-based payment applications Support daily operations, incident resolution, and defect fixes Understand and support end-to-end payment processing flows Maintain and upgrade applications to ensure system stability, availability and performance Provide technical support during testing, implementation and post-production activities Payments Integration Work on payment systems integration (e.
g. SWIFT, Pay. Net, My. Clear) Support integration using MQ, batch processing (Control-M), and file-based integrations Ensure stability and data integrity across systems Modernization Support Develop and support RESTful APIs, microservices and modern integration services Contribute to modernization initiatives by transforming legacy payment capabilities into reusable service-based components Build robust backend services, APIs, and database solutions to support evolving business requirements Engineering Practices Participate in full SDLC (development, testing, deployment, support) and Agile Troubleshoot technical issues across application stack Follow secure coding standards, application vulnerability controls, and compliance requirements 5–10 years of experience in software development Hands-on experience in AS400 / RPGLE or legacy banking platforms Hands-on experience with payment schemes: SWIFT, RENTAS, IBG, Duit.
Now, FPX, or JomPAY Experience in banking/payments systems Knowledge of SQL / PL-SQL, Unix/Linux scripting, integration tools (MQ / batch processing) What we offer: Competitive base salary.
