Guest Services - Admissions Supervisor [YR]
Job description
The Admissions Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house admission points and guest service functions at Callaway Resort & Gardens. This role ensures a seamless, welcoming, and efficient guest arrival and entry experience while maintaining operational control, safety, staffing efficiency, and service excellence.
This position plays a critical leadership role during peak and non-peak seasons, festivals, and large-scale events, acting as a decision-maker for guest flow, staffing deployment, and issue resolution.
