Picker/Packer for Dried Décor

Description

At Dried Décor, we specialize in dried natural centerpieces, beautiful decorative branches, natural plants and green products to decorate with. We have some of the most unique and natural event decorations such as event centerpieces, corner pieces, wedding centerpieces, and unique craft and floral decorations. We’d love for you to join our team.

Picker/Packer Job Responsibilities:

• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation
• Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues
• Operates various pieces of equipment (Pallet Jack and/or table saw to trim branches)
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes
• Assists in receiving and putting away new product
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area
• Able to lift boxes of up to 25 pounds
• Bouquet creation from in-stock dried florals - training will be provided

Picker/Packer Qualifications / Skills:

• Sorting outgoing stock
• Pulling, packing, and loading
• Receiving, stocking, and stacking

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 6 months retail or customer service experience preferred

Great work hours!

• Monday-Thursday 8:30a-1:30p
• 20 total hours per week
• Paid holidays
