Sr. Buyer - Corporate

Rogers is seeking an experienced Supply Chain professional to join our team as a Senior Buyer. This is a senior-level role responsible for managing the full planning and purchase-to-pay process for assigned suppliers, leading special departmental projects from start to finish, and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.

The Senior Buyer will train, coach, and mentor other members of the purchasing team, setting the standard for department best practices and professionalism. This position is expected to build deep, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and customers, and to anticipate departmental needs proactively rather than reactively.
