Life Sciences - Sales & Application - Specialist

Purpose of Job: To develop the Life Sciences business in Indonesia through technical application support, direct sales, and market development, with focus on Flow Cytometry, Mabtech, ChemoMetec, and other assigned product portfolios.

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development Identify target customers, generate leads, manage opportunities, and drive sales conversion. Conduct customer visits, presentations, commercial follow-up, and account development. Maintain pipeline, forecast, and customer activity records against agreed targets. Product & Application Support Develop the Flow Cytometry business and other assigned Life Sciences portfolios in Indonesia.

Conduct product demonstrations, technical evaluations, training, and application support. Advise customers for product selection, workflows, and basic technical troubleshooting. Market & Stakeholder Development Work closely with PT Biomed Sinergi, Singapore Life Sciences team, principals, and customers on market-development activities.

Support seminars, workshops, exhibitions, demonstrations, and lead follow-up. Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitors, pricing, and product opportunities. Reporting & Business Progress Track pipeline, revenue potential, customer development, demonstrations, and product opportunities. Provide regular market updates and recommendations to support the Indonesia business strategy.

Perform other related duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

Life Sciences and laboratory application knowledge. Flow Cytometry knowledge is strongly preferred. Technical sales and consultative selling. Product demonstration and application support. Sales pipeline and opportunity management. Technical presentation and customer communication. Commercially driven and customer-focused.

Strong initiative and ownership. Effective communication and presentation. Good planning and follow-up discipline. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. Able to work independently and across regional teams.
