WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS NOW WHERE YOU'LL CREATE IMPACT
- Own the end-to-end design vision and execution across the Dual. Entry platform, from web to mobile
- Lead and grow the design function, setting a high bar for craft, UX, and product quality
- Translate complex financial workflows into simple, intuitive experiences
- Build and evolve a scalable, component-based design system in Figma
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and founders to shape product direction and ship quickly
- Bring user insights into product decisions through research, testing, and customer feedback
- Define how design operates at Dual. Entry — team structure, processes, standards, and ways of working
- Continuously improve how we design, prototype, and ship WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency - 8+ years designing complex SaaS products end-to-end with at least 2+ years' operating at a senior or leadership level
- Deep experience with Figma and scalable design systems
- Strong UX thinking, interaction design, and attention to visual detail
- Comfort working with HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Ability to make fast, pragmatic decisions

COMPENSATION

- Equity: $80,000 - $100,000
