Retrieve all information from the customer upfront so that you know what they are looking for and how you can help them. Show customer vehicle options. Do a walk-around for vehicles with a description. Take customers who can test drive. Work numbers. Retrieve credit applications. Work side by side with the manager to sell the vehicle. Communicate, communicate, communicate. You will need to be organized and keep all company assets clean and undamaged. Provide customers and managers with accurate information.

Qualifications

Qualifications: Prior sales experience in luxury automotive or high-end retail preferred Impeccable presentation, communication, and client-service skills A passion for premium brands and a genuine appreciation for craftsmanship and design Highly driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Ability to manage the sales process with an affluent clientele in a discreet and respectful manner Demonstrated effectiveness working with Dealer Management Systems Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record All applicants must demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing, including a background check, MVR, and drug screening.
