Senior Scrum Master

Scrum Master Lead Scrum ceremonies and ensure Agile best practices. Support multiple teams in complex delivery environments. Work with Product Owners on backlog refinement, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Track project progress, risks, and Agile metrics using JIRA. Coordinate communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
