Job description

About the Company The OpenAI Deployment Company (“Deploy. Co”) is the deployment arm of OpenAI, purpose-built to deliver enterprise AI transformation at scale. As model capabilities accelerate, deployment has become the primary constraint to realizing AI value creation within large enterprises. Deploy. Co bridges that gap.

Our ambition is to build the company that defines AI deployment. We operate at the intersection of cutting-edge AI, enterprise transformation, and scaled services delivery. We partner with enterprise customers to identify where AI can transform their businesses and build solutions leveraging OpenAI’s models and products.

We work with many of the world's largest and most influential companies to solve their most complex business challenges using the latest advances in AI. People who thrive at Deploy. Co get excited about ambitious and complex work. We are deep believers in the future with AI. We execute quickly, value intellectual honesty, and obsess over the solutions we build for our customers.

Deploy. Co is being built from the ground up as a subsidiary of OpenAI and funded with a partnership of outside investors.

About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Business Partner to support two C-level executives as Deploy. Co builds and scales. This person will keep both leaders organized, prepared, and moving quickly as priorities, teams, and operating rhythms take shape. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong administrative fundamentals who enjoys bringing structure to a changing environment.

You will own day-to-day coordination, anticipate needs, and keep commitments moving without requiring leaders to manage every detail. You should be comfortable making routine decisions independently, creating simple systems where needed, and recognizing when a consequential trade-off requires a leader’s input.

What you will do

  • Manage complex calendars for two leaders, resolving routine conflicts, protecting focus time, and surfacing meaningful trade-offs with clear options.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, recruiting conversations, customer and partner engagements, planning sessions, and team events. Keep logistics, materials, attendees, and follow-through aligned.
  • Manage domestic and international travel across time zones, often with short notice or changing plans, in partnership with travel support where available.
  • Keep leaders prepared by gathering relevant context, coordinating pre-reads and briefing materials, and confirming that meetings have clear objectives and the right participants.
  • Establish and maintain lightweight routines, trackers, templates, and action logs that make priorities and commitments visible.
  • Anticipate recurring needs, identify gaps, and improve workflows when the same friction appears repeatedly.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, and attention to access, timing, and audience.
  • Partner closely with Operations, peer EBPs, and the leaders’ teams to share relevant context, clarify ownership, and ensure work moves smoothly across teams.
