As a Retail & Rental Associate, you will be the face of our brand, helping Utah locals and visitors from across the globe gear up for world-class riding and mountain adventures. Whether you are dialing in a custom rental fit, recommending technical outerwear, or prepping inventory, your energy will keep our Park City shop running at peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Assist visitors and residents with equipment rental setups, ensuring safe, accurate, and comfortable boot and ski/snowboard adjustments. Sales & Gear Advisory: Engage guests, share hands-on product knowledge, and match riders with the apparel and hardgoods that best fit their day on the mountain. Fulfillment & Inventory: Help pick and prepare e-commerce orders for shipment and assist with receiving floor inventory.

Shop Standards: Maintain a clean, organized, fully stocked, and visually appealing retail floor and rental bench.

What We Are Looking For

A friendly, outgoing personality with an authentic passion for mountain sports and resort culture. Strong interpersonal communication skills and an eagerness to solve problems for guests. Physical capability to stand for extended shifts and lift equipment or inventory boxes (up to 50 lbs). Availability to work peak mountain hours, including weekends and holidays.

Previous outdoor industry or customer-facing retail experience is a plus, but not required—we will train motivated candidates. Perks & Benefits Competitive Compensation: $15.00–$20.00/hr starting base (DOE) + rental setup spiffs & retail commissions (approx. +$2/hr on average).
