General Dentist – Aubrey, TX | Partner Track. Equity Available. Up to $50,000 Commitment Bonus. North DFW growth corridor — minutes from Denton, Frisco, Prosper, Little Elm, Celina, and Cross Roads. Dentist-led private group practice. We will hire a strong full-time general dentist. We are really looking for a partner.

Equity is available. The founder wants a successor who will own this office and carry it forward. The incoming doctor becomes the primary clinician, takes the existing patient base, and grows the practice from a foundation that is already producing. Two ways in Associate / incoming primary dentist: Full-time chair, established book, productive hygiene, 50+ new patients a month, plus the commitment bonus. Partner / successor: Equity ownership is on the table.

The founder is not looking for a two-year placeholder. He is looking for the doctor who will take this practice and leave it better than he found it. Start in the chair. Partnership structure and timing are discussed with doctors who fit clinically and want to stay. Compensation
