Key Responsibilities

Assists in daily operations to ensure smooth service and amigo satisfaction. Supervises and supports front-of-house/back-of-house familia members. Supports the Patron with the coordination of shift schedules and delegates tasks effectively. Handles familia and amigo concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
