Position Summary

The Software Developer (Level 3) independently designs, implements, and maintains software solutions of moderate complexity. The role requires consistent delivery, strong problem-solving, and effective collaboration across the team to support product and engineering goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement features and enhancements with limited supervision • Translate business and technical requirements into working solutions • Ensure code quality through testing, refactoring, and adherence to best practices • Diagnose and resolve defects and performance issues • Participate in code reviews as an active contributor and reviewer • Contribute to improving team processes, tooling, and standards • Support production systems and contribute to incident resolution
