What you’ll be doing You’ll have direct responsibility for management of our Internal Sales & Counter Sales team developing them to perform their jobs effectively to exceed our customers’ needs.

Driving, motivating and bringing an infectious energy to the team. A good awareness of the local merchant market to ensure we’re competitive. Building solid relationships, growing spend for current customers and proactively seeking out new business. Self-motivated and determined to succeed. Keyholder responsibilities; opening and closing the branch as necessary...
