Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive pediatric speech-language evaluations Provide mobile, community-based speech therapy visits in natural environments Develop individualized, functional treatment plans addressing communication, language, articulation, social communication, AAC, and feeding/swallowing as appropriate Educate and coach caregivers using a family-centered, strengths-based approach Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed Complete timely, accurate documentation and evaluation reports Maintain compliance with state regulations and clinic policies Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license in Tennessee ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs encouraged to apply Pediatric experience preferred; early intervention experience a plus Strong clinical reasoning, organization, and time-management skills Comfortable working independently in mobile settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel within service area What We Offer: Flexible scheduling and autonomy Competitive per-visit or hourly compensation Reasonable caseloads with focus on quality care Supportive multidisciplinary team and mentorship Opportunity to make meaningful impact in children’s everyday environments Salary $50 - $60 per hour
